Educator Open House at Nat Geo Encounter Ocean Odyssey 10/18/18
Time & Location
About the Event
Over 30,000 students visited Nat Geo Encounter in its first year!
This school year, we invite you to preview Nat Geo Encounter and see why we will be your students' most anticipated field trip of the year. Stay in our ocean afterward and enjoy a free glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage with fellow educators at our "Sip-n-Sea" reception.
National Geographic Encounter is a new immersive entertainment and educational adventure. Only in NYC can students escape from the jaws of a 50-foot humpback whale, laugh through a twisting kelp forest maze, play with mischievous sea lions, and much more - all without getting wet! Students will journey with their friends through the Pacific Ocean over one incredible night, where they'll see, hear, and feel what it's like to live under the sea. Groundbreaking technology and stunning photorealistic animation brings them closer than ever to nature's rarest moments. Students will learn how to be true champions for our oceans every day.
